The Development/Delivery Manager - Legal will join the Legal Technology Operations group, reporting to the Executive Director of Legal Technology Operations.
Comcast Legal Technology Operations is seeking a dynamic new addition to our growing team.
We are looking for an experienced Development /Delivery Manager with demonstrated skills implementing cloud-based solutions in a Corporate IT Function. This team member will be responsible for solutioning and ensuring delivery of requirements across multiple simultaneous legal technology projects hosted on Salesforce and other cloud platforms. Demonstrated abilities developing and bringing technical solutions to market is required. Ability to manage full time and offshore developers is required.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Lead Solutions and Delivery Manager across multiple simultaneous Legal Technology Projects.
-Creation and maintenance of project delivery plans, roadmaps, timelines and communications plans across multiple work streams.
-Provide technical guidance to developers and business analysts to overcome roadblocks and develop the best possible solution.
-Manage onsite and off-site development teams to achieve project delivery milestones.
-Oversight of professional and clearly defined functional and technical documentation to support new and existing applications.
-Including but not limited to business requirement documentation, technical requirement documentation, visibility/workflow structures, functional designs, system interface diagrams, and technical specifications.
-Acclimate quickly to current system configuration and custom code in order to troubleshoot and enhance.
-Adhere to information security and audit requirements.
-Work to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems.
-Build relationships and collaborate with Legal practice groups and IT functions across Comcast/NBCUniversal
-Masters Degree or Equivalent strongly preferred
-7-10 years IT management experience.
-Generally requires 10 + years experience
-IT consulting experience at a top consulting firm highly preferred.
-Corporate Legal, Media or Law Firm experience highly preferred.
-Demonstrated abilities working with cloud platform providers in an SDLC model.
-Experience working with IT teams and 3rd Party Cloud Providers highly preferred.
-Hands on experience implementing and supporting various Corporate Automation tools.
-Ability to gather, analyze, and implement data requirements to meet functional and technical specifications.
-Demonstrate honesty, integrity and professionalism at all times.
