Job Summary:

Based in Tucker or Dacula, GA, the HR Manager partners with field operations leaders on talent and leadership development to understand their key initiatives and challenges to determine where and how to influence them. The HR Manager coaches leaders for success and has a strong business partnership, providing clear and focused communication across all levels of the employee population. Field Operations consists of Technical Operations, Network Maintenance, Construction, and Warehouse. The role travels between assigned locations and other technical sites across Atlanta.

The role collaborates with a variety of Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation, and Communications) and Shared Services to maximize the employee experience and resources. Understands business mission, vision, and strategy and actively participates in/leads projects/initiatives with milestones and delivery schedules. Utilizes HR KPIs, business results and change management for assigned function or geography to understand key workforce risks and opportunities to partner with appropriate key stakeholders. Is curious and generates ideas for innovation.

Core Responsibilities:

- Serves as subject matter expert, strategic HR business partner

- Consults and works collaboratively with each other cross-functionally and cross-geographically

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates business change and gains equal credibility with leadership and employees

- Engages in leadership meetings and has a point of view on the business and people

- Consults, advises and trains leaders on the interpretation and administration of policies

- Leverages workforce analytics to increase organizational effectiveness and performance

- Partners with leaders on employee relations issues, performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution

- Perform organizational assessments that diagnose strong and weak points of the organization and design solutions to create additional business value

- Ensures compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees

- Tailors employee engagement solutions to drive optimal organization performance and effectiveness

- Develops and leads change efforts utilizing the Prosci change methodology

- Partners on job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management to ensure compliance with employment guidelines

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Job Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
