Summary:
Comcast is on a mission to make the Customer Experience our Best Product. Working with the Customer Experience Team, this internship will provide exposure to many aspects of a Fortune #37 company. Utilizing analytical tools and advanced Excel skills, this role will be responsible for pinpointing local process opportunities to reduce customer effort in problem resolution. Through analysis of data, interviewing internal teams and finding root causes, this internship will ultimately make a recommendation on how we sustainably change how we do business and care for our customers.

You will…..
-Improve the Comcast Business customer experience for our existing customers
-Identify opportunities for us to:◦Understand customer experience
-Identify opportunities with their current services
-Help customers maximize their existing value of products and benefits
-Identify needs that we’re not currently serving
-Recommend changes in how we serve our existing customers and common gaps that need to be addressed
-Gain the opportunity to make an impact on Comcast’s business and results
-Participate in developmental activities
-Network with leaders across multiple functions
-Receive a hands on experience and see the frontline aspects that make it possible to service our customers

Job Specification:
Education Level: - High School or Equivalent
Years Experience: - Generally requires 0-2 years related experience

Additional Requirements:
-Must have valid Driver’s License and vehicle to travel throughout Bay Area
-Strong interest in the telecommunications, media and high-tech industries
-Desire to pursue a career in analytics or business operations
-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. College or University
-Academically enrolled the semester after your internship and graduating by Summer 2021
-Minimum 3.0 GPA
-Ability to relocate post-graduation if offered and accepted a fulltime position
-Authorization to work in the United States
