Job Summary:
Responsible for being a thought leader with a mastery of program
management skills. Follows the organization's strategic plan and leads

organizations and impacting the business over multiple years. Delivers

organization goals. Leads and guides junior members of the team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide Program Management support for Tech360, a Comcast employee-facing Field Services mobile application, including any ancillary initiatives
  • Oversee the Agile Sprint calendar, along with communications related to release cadence, release content, and forecasting change impacts and adoption
  • Host weekly Program, Prioritization and Planning meetings with various stakeholder groups; Support the Executive Director on SLT communications
  • Responsible for incident related impact assessment and communications, including coordination with Comms and Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Executive Team on system and feature dashboards
  • Develop reporting requirements as part of user story creation, and collaborate with Field Ops Business Intelligence team on ensuring requirements reflect the business ask
  • Partner with Executive Director, Finance, BI and other teams on forecasting feature benefit, as well as efficacy of features already deployed, as well as how it impacts prioritization

Job Specification:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Business, Engineering
- Generally requires 11+ years related experience
