Core Responsibilities

The Director of Product Management is responsible for:

- Understand, propose, sell and own a portfolio targeting critical areas within Comcast’s Customer Experience Technologies (CXT) DevOps teams
- Communicate throughout the DevOps organizations regarding current challenges and opportunities within various CXT domains
- Collaborate closely with technical product owners responsible for CXT quarterly deliveries
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their desired use cases, goals and objectives
- Understand how Comcast customers and employees experience CXT deliverables, and recognize challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Provide a voice for business partners to CXT, and explain CXT’s vision to business partners
- Utilize design thinking, in collaboration with architects, to collectively drive creation of re-usable platform components


- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Field of Study: Business or Software Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years related experience in software or product development, Track record of successful large complex deliveries
- Compliance: Comcast is an EEO/AA/Drug Free Workplace
- Knowledge: Knowledge of CXT platforms is not required, but desirable
- Independence: Able to manage time, exercise judgment, and work independently
