Sr. Analyst, Strategy & Ops Analytics

Job Description

Business Unit:

Summary
Provides analytical support for the integration and ongoing management of third party Over the Top (OTT) services on Xfinity X1. Will be responsible for generating performance forecasts, identifying growth opportunities through the use of data, and supporting ad hoc analyses.

Core Responsibilities
- Leads analysis for new and existing OTT apps, defining success metrics and establishing a plan to track, monitor, and measure those metrics
- Develops subscriber, revenue, and usage models to drive business prioritization
- Uses data and research to identify opportunities to grow key metrics, find areas of improvement for operational efficiency, and discover new business prospects
- Provides analytical support for forecasting and measuring the performance of upgrade experiences on Xfinity X1
- Assists in the execution of A/B tests to grow key success metrics
- Prepares presentations to drive business decisions with cross-functional working teams
- Identifies operational issues, performs data reconciliations, and measures business impact
- Diagnoses, corrects, and documents issues, risks, and problems
- Demonstrates a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to work nights and weekends, as necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Equivalent-Math or Economics majors preferred
- Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
- Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency is a must
- Splunk, Looker, and Tableau experience is preferred
- Interest in digital media
