Business Unit:

Job Summary:
Working within Xfinity Consumer Services Human Resources team, this position is responsible for helping to drive business results through influence and strategic partnerships as well as effective program management across Sales & Strategy. This role collaborates across field sales HR and HQ matrix organizations to program / project manage national talent management, retention, learning and development, policy, and organizational design initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

-Provide close HR partnerships and leverage existing experience to support National and Field Sales; partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies, and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
-Program manage and facilitate key sales talent development initiatives that drive significant short and long-term impact nationally. Partner across field sales HR and HQ matrix organizations to define scope and timeline, effectively program managing the design and implementation of key initiative along with supporting communications and change management.
-Leverage workforce analytics such as engagement survey results (YourVoice and eNPS), turnover, headcount, diversity and span of control to increase organizational effectiveness and performance
-Support the HR team development of management program/project updates for HR leadership and executive updates.
-Support and/or manage complex projects which are broad in scope, interdependent, high impact and can be cross functional.
-Partners with Human Resource Business Partners to plan, train and facilitate talent and performance calibration meetings.
-Partners with Human Resource Business Partners to ensure strategic HR goals, policies, and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
-Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes -Recommends new process and tools to achieve advanced project management.
-Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports.
-Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.
-Develop and maintain relationships by engaging stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives; communicate effectively with senior management stakeholders.
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specification:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Must be willing to travel up to 30%
Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
