Freewheel Advertisers is growing at the speed of light; we are seeking an experienced employee to join the Client Account Services team to help our organization manage change and scale with this incredible growth. This role will be responsible for driving projects for the global team to help the organization become more efficient while providing increasing levels of support for the Sales and Service organization.

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities and skills including project management, business analysis, and strategic planning. In some cases the individual will be driving and managing change, and in other situations will act as business process representative for the team in larger cross company initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with various teams to manage projects, analyze and improve processes, define problems, develop business requirements, and partner with IT and other business partners to solve the group's challenges and scale for the future to meet our long-range growth plans.

The Salesforce Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day Salesforce maintenance, security and data integrity. Manages all system changes in the Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service clouds in partnership with IT and Managers.

Essential Functions

Support multiple business functions to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes.

Proactively gather and prioritize user enhancement requests and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly system enhancements

Communicate and collaborate globally to all regions and across multiple levels of leadership on scope, timing, process and implementation of assigned projects

Provide strategic and operationally savvy insights in large cross functional projects

Optimize end to end workflow efficiency related to Marketing, Sales and Service transactions to/from Salesforce and integrated business applications.

Design reports and dashboards to visualize key business metrics.

Perform testing and customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validation rules in Salesforce with input from business leaders.

Maintain data governance with roles, profiles, sharing rules, permissions and groups.

Maintain database integrity and accuracy via auditing, analysis, and clean up.

Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and materials for all users in support of training efforts.

Build trust and credibility with project stakeholders and partners including Sales Leaders, Product Management, Digital Transformation, Service Leaders, Industry Go To Market, and Employee Success.

Experience working in an Agile development environment

Worked closely with development teams acting as product owner and managing the backlog

Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.

Supervisory responsibilities

This role may not have administrative direct reports but will have the responsibility to mobilize resources from various teams within the organization to deliver against the projects.

Minimum qualifications and requirements

Salesforce Administrator Certification or at least 2-5 years prior experience with developing reports and dashboards using Salesforce as a partner or customer.

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred

BS/BA in Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
