Senior Director, System Engineering Managed-Enterprise Solutions
Responsible for providing strategic leadership and executive oversight to all aspects ofEnterprise Business. This role will require someone whohas experience inEnterprise-size business, working with companies that have locations all over the country and looking for 1 vendor to manage their IT needs. Develop and implement strategies, project standards, and performance metrics. Work with supervisors and managers to ensure all applications meet project specifications and requirements. Provide leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contribute to the development of the organization's business strategy, designs and architecture. Be more on the business side than technology.Interpret business strategy and develop organizational objectives to align with this strategy.Within Enterprise Business every customer is different; we are looking for technical as well as creative expertise, to determinehow we provide solutions, and also create dashboards andportals.

-Lead the Software Development and Engineering team in the development of new software and web applications of strategic initiatives impacting Enterprise Solutions, including next generation BSS/OSS Solution; end to end design; and Feature/Product Capabilities Roadmap.
-Lead the continued support for existing applications, and applications in the development phase. Oversee implementation initiatives, software updates, and the roll-out of new software releases.
-Implement Operational and Process Improvements for Managed Enterprise Solutions including Sales, Sales Support, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Cross-Functional Teams, and Third-Party Partners.
-Create and drive strategies in alignment with the Company's overall vision and business goals.
-DevOps; prior experiencemanaging development teams.
-Work with supervisors and managers to ensure all deliverables adhere to deadlines, specifications, and budgets. Develop and implement
performance metrics. Review, and report on project progress to leadership team.
-Prior experience managingon-shore/off-shoreand remote teams.
-Communicate and establish relationships with vendors, and other functional areas of the business. Experiencepresentingto customer CIO's and creating status reports.
-Provide leadership and direction to exempt and non-exempt employees.
-Display consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
-Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent inComputer Science, Engineering
- Generally requires 12+ years related experience
- Experience in a large telecom company doing Managed Enterprise IT Solutions
