Salesforce Administrator/Developer



  • Work with Sales, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Marketing and end-users to manage existing salesforce application and ancillary systems
  • Provide daily administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts
  • Customize Salesforce setup to align with business and sales processes.&
  • Perform regular data uploads/exercises, data maintenance & cleaning activities
  • Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation rules and approval processes
  • Manage Salesforce helpdesk in providing application users with technical support, tracking resolution progress in Salesforce Cases
  • Design and create customized Sales reports and dashboards (i.e. pipeline management and forecasting) that drive informed business decisions
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials for super-users, end-users and governance staff
  • Lead major and minor releases for the company, including release cycle testing, end user feature training, and overall corporate communication
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities/deadlines including the ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities/deadlines
  • Evaluate new technology and tools that improve sales processes and practices&


  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and preferably as a developer
  • Salesforce CRM development with and apex experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an effective sales data architecture
  • Strong understanding of Sales methodologies, processes, common challenges and best practices
  • Ability to analyze and understand existing complex custom salesforce setup, propose options for streamlining existing code (if necessary) and write new code to make any changes
  • Able to handle change requests related to heavily customized visual force pages&
  • Ability to architect and implement complex Salesforce custom solutions
  • Prior experience working with B2B software and/or media/advertising technology strongly preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent business judgment
  • Rockstar MS Excel skills – Advanced analysis, reporting, formatting, data manipulation and presentation
