Business Unit:

Job Summary:
Responsible for program management activities for multiple projects, or one strategic project. Serves as a major resource to other program managers, assisting them in the resolution of complex problems or leading them on larger projects. Leads cross-functional teams to deliver new products, promotions or offers to the Xfinity Mobile service. Coordinates among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure that products get to market per specifications, within budget, and on schedule. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies and assists in the development of, and meeting of, departmental budget.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to launch new services, features and enhancements on time and within budget.
  • Gathers input to define process across teams.
  • Participates in process modification, cost reduction planning, and process analysis.
  • Directs the project planning and scheduling process according to device, promotion and offering roadmap.
  • Establishes and implement policies and procedures needed to achieve goals.
  • Develops, mentors, and trains Specialists to ensure department work performance and objectives are met.
  • Manages, gathers, and analyzes launch metrics to improve process performance.
  • Provides project support and documentation and develops project materials.
  • Exemplifies consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Pursues regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specification:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  2. Generally requires 6-9 years related experience

Desired Qualifications:

NPI Integration Manager, is responsible for leading the cross-functional team in the delivery of new wireless products, promotions and offerings with the following responsibilities:

  • Using project management process and tools, managing resources, budgets, timelines, task delivery, task dependencies, reporting (both up and down), risks, changes, and approvals.
  • Developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project plans and action item logs.
  • Ensuring product requirements documentation and use cases are created and communicated to clarify project scope and objective.
  • Coordinating the design, documentation and training of supporting business process and ensuring buy in and understanding from stakeholders.
  • Creating, delivering and managing reports and communications with cross functional teams and leadership clearly and with affirmation of understanding.
  • Coordinating customer/sales/care tools and training/awareness materials are created and delivered.
  • Helping drive a customer-focused culture across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring project results are tracked and monitored.
  • Working outside of the regular work days/hours as requested; in particular around product launches, critical development timelines, and strategic initiatives with priority level of "high."
  • Delivering all work product at an exceptional level.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.).
  • Excellent experience creating data reports utilizing and manipulating data from various sources such as Tableau.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • BS/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong motivational skills; especially when it comes to leading or influencing team members.
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-project activities.
  • Strong experience developing and controllingdeadlines, budgets and activities.
  • Experience preparing reports for program directors and executives.
