Job Description

Business Unit:

Summary:
In partnership with broader Executive Search team, deliver on Research strategies to deliver exceptional executive talent.


Core Responsibilities:
-Drive efforts in external benchmarking, talent pipelining and competitive market intelligence
-Think creatively to create target lists of companies and industry professionals for individual searches and pipelining
-Work with team to capture and distribute current events such as executive changes, organizational developments and published talent insights.
-Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, Talent Neuron, Leadership Directories and other databases/publications/internet searches to proactively find information
-Constantly build knowledge of industry, companies and functions in order to fully contribute to the strategy
-Provide team market trends and industry knowledge
-Partner with Director and Associate to develop search strategy supporting requisition searches
-Participate in search strategy update meetings with Director, Executive Search and hiring manager
-Collaborate with recruiters and business leaders on delivery of research engagements focused on external leadership benchmarking, mission critical talent pipelines, market intelligence, and diversity initiatives
-Prioritize research requests based upon established factors: urgency, criticality, feasibility
-Track talent information in Encore Database
-Conduct post-project review to evaluate efforts
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Professional Experience and Qualifications:
-Minimum 2-5 years' experience in recruitment research or a related field.
-Sense of urgency about getting results
-Attention to detail, high level of organizational skills
-Ability to build collaborative relationships and inspire trust
-Comfort performing a wide variety of tasks and changing focus quickly as demands change
-Proficiency in Internet applications, databases and Microsoft Office suite
-Curiosity and high interest in learning about our business and industry


Job Specification:
-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
-Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
