Comcast is seeking a Manager of Digital and Social Communications to join the Corporate Communications team to help develop and execute digital communications efforts and elevate the Comcast NBCUniversal brand. This individual be responsible for supporting the Corporate Digital Communications team in the development of digital and social campaigns and content. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly-shifting priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the development and execution of robust digital and social media strategies and strong project management skills.

Core Responsibilities:

- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the digital and social space and continuously develops new skills in rapidly changing trends/technologies

- Manages a variety of social/digital communications projects end-to-end

- Manages the digital creative development process, working with internal stakeholders, internal resources and external agencies to develop campaigns and content

- Provides guidance on digital approach within teams on projects/initiatives as needed; leads teams and projects that involve cross-functional partners as necessary

- Coordinates with appropriate communications counterparts and business stakeholders on larger integrated communications plans

- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of data/research and ability to apply research learnings in digital creative process

- Manages paid social media programs, and demonstrates experience in generating content for successful paid campaigns

- Leads projects utilizing digital/social media management and measurement tools and platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Omniture, Google Analytics or similar)

- Ensures digital/social content and campaigns are developed considering all other aspects of the industry and business with reactive plans in place

- Works with various external agencies to manage creative, media, production and analytics


- Generally requires 8-11 years of related experience within digital and social media

- Experience with Sprinklr, Brandwatch or similar social media enterprise management/listening systems a plus

- Experience developing and executing digital/social media strategies, including paid media

- Strong understanding of digital/mobile/social landscape

- Previous paid media experience

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Excellent organization skills- Experience developing and executing social media strategies

- Agency management skills

- Demonstrated ability to develop effective partnerships across the organization at all levels

- Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational and prioritization skills

- Must be innovative, proactive and a strong team player

- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- Project management of large scale initiatives
