POSITION SUMMARY

Comcast Business Services is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing, who will have responsibility for researching, developing and executing integrated marketing programs to increase awareness and generate leads amongst Enterprise companies. This position will play a key role in this growing segment interfacing with internal stakeholders (Marketing and Product) and being the key liaison to our external creative agencies. Developing marketing insights and core messages, briefing in campaigns, overseeing creative development and execution and reporting on results are some of the core responsibilities. This person will oversee all Marcom activities for this segment (TV, Print, Email, DM, Digital, Sales Enablement, Collateral etc.) This position reports into both the Sr. Director of Enterprise Marketing and VP of Marketing Communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for leading the creative development and execution of assigned customer-facing programs for the Enterprise Segment including:
- Working with Marketing and Product in developing all value props and core messaging
- Leading external agencies in the development and execution of TV, Print, DM, Email, Digital campaigns
- Coordinating all content development
- Assist in development of all sales enablement materials and event collateral
- Creating brand and marketing assets, aligning messages and ensuring tracking requirements are implemented for franchise events and franchise customers
- Ensures all campaigns have the appropriate KPI's, tracks, analyzes and reports on campaign results
- Manages the segment Marcom budget
- Gathers competitive intelligence on materials and content from competitive companies in the field to identify best practices
- Develops and maintain marketing collateral and promotional materials on content repository sites
- Updates sales and marketing collateral, marketing calendars and biweekly status updates as required
- Assists in editing and proof reading content for all marketing communications, collateral and presentations
- Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

Minimum Requirements

- BS in Marketing and/or related business experience required
- Technology category experience (ideally network technology)
- Minimum 8-11 years of marketing communications experience
- Excellent analytical, written and organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving and critical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in Salesforce a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask
- Results driven, self-motivated individual with a focus on goal achievement
- Strong presentation skills
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
