The Salesforce Business Analyst-Legal will join the Legal Technology Operations group, reporting to the Senior Director of Legal Technology Operations.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Admin/ Business Analyst with demonstrated skills in the Corporate Legal Function. This team member will be responsible for requirements gathering/analysis, documentation and implementation for various legal technology tools on the platform. The role will also serve as a liaison between Legal end users and the Comcast/NBCUniversal IT function, so the ability to successfully communicate across functions is integral.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead business analyst and Salesforce implementation specialist for various Legal Technology Projects such as contract management, export compliance, etc.

- Oversight of requirements gathering, functional/technical analysis, and design activities related to existing and new legal applications in Salesforce.

- Develop integration processes using's Web Services API and third-party integration tools.

- Production of professional and clearly defined functional and technical documentation. Including business requirement documentation, technical requirement documentation, workflow diagrams, visibility/workflow structures etc.

- Assists in the development of curriculum and provide user training

- Develop integration processes using's Web Services API and third-party integration tools.

- Design, develop and maintain VisualForce, AppExchange, pages and integrations with on-premise or third-party solutions using Web Services, REST, etc.

- Acclimate quickly to current system configuration and custom code in order to troubleshoot and enhance.

- Assist in the development of documentation to support existing code and configuration based functionality.

- Adhere to information security and audit requirements.

- Work to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems.

- Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications.

- Understand and support security role maintenance, including role hierarchy, security profiles, and access rights in the Salesforce platform.

- Participation in the definition, testing, implementation and support of legal system requirements with legal Stakeholders.- Participation in process improvement and technical solution analysis to deliver the best possible resolution to our business customers.

- Build relationships and collaborate with Legal practice groups and IT functions across Comcast/NBCUniversal


- Requires 5+ years of Business Analyst work or related experience with an accredited law firm or corporate legal function

- 3-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience

- Corporate Legal, Media or Law Firm experience highly preferred.

- Possesses knowledge of IT and development efforts

- Experience working with IT teams and 3rd Party Cloud Providers highly preferred

- Hands on experience implementing and supporting various Legal Automation tools

- Ability to gather, analyze, and implement data requirements to meet functional and technical specifications

Technical Requirements:

- Excellent and demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce Administrator skills

- Working knowledge of APEX development.

- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or other scripting languages) highly desired

- Excellent Microsoft Office and related technology expertise

- Familiarity with iManage Document Management System and other Legal and Compliance Applications

- Knowledge or experience with Business Intelligence Tools helpful

- Project Management experience helpful.

Educational/Certificate Requirements:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree (Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, etc) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Relevant Salesforce Certifications.

- Project Management Certification a plus.
