Job Description

Business Unit:

- Scale and mentor a smart, diverse and fast-growing New York based engineering team to build and maintain a world class SaaS platform
- Form technical strategy and design for the team and product as an established engineering leader
- Partner with Product Management and Operation Team to deliver all releases on time with high quality
- Interface with global Engineering and Operation teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
- Executional focused, guide the team accomplishing the roadmap, both from business and technical perspective
- Continuously improve processes to improve quality and throughput that are highly measurable
- Actively participate in the design, review and implementation procedure

- 3+ years of proven and experienced engineering leader who has run engineering teams in a dynamic organization with mature process
- Rich experience on mentoring software engineer team and individuals
- Demonstrated ability to represent the team, establish an efficient and sophisticated communication with both technical teams and business oriented groups
- Known for smart, logical thinking and detail oriented
- Well understand and practice Agile/SAFe methodology
- Flexible and well fit in a global team-oriented culture and environment
- Technology oriented, keep up with the cutting edge in one or more relevant technology direction
- Master degree in CS/EE or equivalent experience
- In-depth and hands-on experience about one or more of the following area are strongly preferred:
- Backend API server development and performance tuning in Linux, Golang/Python
- TV Ad System (SCTE-130/4, ADI, BXF)
